Stress-Free Tips Before Home Moving

1. Two Months Before: Declutter Your Home

It is important to start decluttering early, especially if you have a busy schedule. This step is necessary for you to be able to gauge the amount of items you have to move and also gives you ample time to donate/sell/discard unwanted items.

Declutter your house until it sparks joy!

2. One Month Before: Shortlist Moving Companies

Compare prices and read the reviews of each company before shortlisting. Check if the company provides moving supplies or if you have to purchase them on your own.

Participating agencies will be updated with your new residential address the next day.

6. On The Day Of Move

Before the movers load your items, count the number of boxes/items based on your checklist. When the movers unload your items, ensure that everything is accounted for.
